Active Minutes will not show in Bingo challenges

Hi,

I love the Bingo challenges.

I have a fitbit Inspire HR which does not have Active Zone Minutes, but uses the old active minutes metric. Unfortunately my active minutes will not show up in Stepsmash.

I have done all the troubleshooting and my tracker is working perfectly fine.

By any chance is there a possible fix for this? As I can’t justify having a perfectly functioning fitbit sitting in a landfill in order for my active minutes to show on Stepsmash.

Our legacy Fitbit integration does not support Active Minutes, but the newer Google Health integration does support them. It looks like your StepSmash account is currently linked to the Fitbit integration yet.

If you update your account connection to Google Health we can keep an eye on the connection and make sure that the Active Minutes from your Inspire HR is flowing properly.

I can confirm that after migrating to the Google Health integration your StepSmash account is now pulling in Active Minutes from your Inspire HR!
