I still have no profile pic despite following the link to Gravatar and completing all of that.
How long has it been since you changed it? Gravatar tends to aggressively cache their photo links, and it can take several days for it to appear in StepSmash.
I did it over a month ago when I first joined StepSmash. I’ve logged over to it many times since to try again and again. I’ve added my photo twice, updated other details in Gravatar, like my profile details. The only thing I haven’t done is paid the fee to have the platform for a year. I refuse to do that just to get a profile pic 
I see my profile pic is here in the community forum now. Just still not in my StepSmash profile
You definitely shouldn’t have to pay them anything, I don’t do that either. I’ll file a ticket on our side to investigate any improvements that we can make to that process. I’ll reach out in a few days with an update.
We’ve identified the issue on our end that makes it take a long time for Gravatar profile pics to sync back to StepSmash, and we’ll have a patch out early in the week to address it!
