Outage - November 18, 2025

StepSmash is currently experiencing a partial outage in some regions due to an ongoing incident at Cloudflare, a major internet infrastructure provider. As a result, some users may see issues such as Fitbit accounts failing to sync automatically, the app not loading, and other related errors.

We’re actively monitoring Cloudflare’s status, and we expect full functionality to return once their incident is resolved.

Cloudflare’s outage is resolved and their services have been coming online. StepSmash appears to be 100% functional again. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates if anything changes.
